This morning I walked with the group then did water aerobics. I have not been running so I need to get started back.
We took the dinghy to Tahiti Beach. Amarse and Tally Ho went also.
The shelling wasn't all that great but I always enjoy it.
I packed a picnic lunch. Paul & I took a nap after lunch then took a long dinghy ride all along Tillo Cay.
Wink and Wilma hosted a happy hour high atop John Henry this evening. Sidonia brought some of the smoked Coho salmon that they caught in Alaska this past summer.
