After my long ramblings last night tonight will be short & sweet.
I ran Eastern Shore this morning --not a great run because we had so much rain last night and I had to be careful because some places had water and were slippery -I DON'T want to fall down --although I did have "Osteoporosis test" today. I dropped the washing machine lid on my hand. It is very sore and bruised but not broken.
Paul went to Yoga.
We are heading to Sea Spray on Elbow Cay tomorrow for a Yacht Club rendezvous.
I will not have Internet service over there. We will be back on Friday --I think.
