My Internet is still connected that was great because our TV isn't working so I followed the NASCAR race on the Internet.
Yesterday we had a couple of rain showers then it cleared up.
Paul decided he was going to Marsh Harbour in the dinghy and wanted me to go with him. He SAID the wind had died down a little. What he didn't say was very little but we made. We did have to hustle to the auto parts store to be there before they closed at noon. He got the part he needed.
We went to see Ken Fickett. He was at the dive shop. We sat most of the afternoon visiting with Ken and Keith the owner of the dive shop. About 3 we went to Matilda's Snack Shack for burgers.
The dive shop closes at 5 then Paul & I headed to the grocery. We came back to Gale Force where Ken is staying and where we had tied up the dinghy.
We visited with Ken until after 7 then started back home. The winds were STILL pretty strong and the ride home was "not real comfortable". We could not go very fast because of all the waves. We actually pulled in the harbour about 15 minutes after sunset but still light enough we could see to get to the boat.
I spent the rest of the evening "watching" the NASCAR race on the computer.
Today I got some much needed cleaning done and did some laundry so we are ready to leave here tomorrow. From the looks of the weather forecast we are going to head south first. We are going to Little Harbour and Bite of Robinson. I am looking forward to some good shelling.
